Getting Started on Monday
First thing Monday morning, I grabbed my notebook and a pen. The guide said to start the week by setting clear, practical goals. So I did just that. I wrote down three main things I wanted to accomplish by Friday. Nothing crazy, just stuff like finishing a work project draft and cleaning out my closet. It felt good to get it out of my head and onto paper.

I had a bunch of emails to send, so I took an extra minute to proofread each one before hitting send. I also made a point to really listen during a team meeting instead of just waiting for my turn to talk. It was a small change, but I felt way more focused and less stressed.

Friday rolled around, and the guide suggested taking time to organize my space. I spent about an hour just tidying up my desk and sorting through some papers. It sounds simple, but it made a huge difference. I felt more in control and ready for the weekend.
