So, I decided to try out tarot cards in Realm of the Mad God (RotMG). It’s not something I’d ever done before, but I was curious, you know?
First off, I had to get my hands on some tarot cards. I went to a local game store that sold all sorts of weird and wonderful stuff. I asked the guy at the counter if they had tarot cards for RotMG. He looked at me like I was crazy at first, but then he went to the back and found a set. I snatched it up right away.
Once I got home, I sat down at my desk. I took the cards out of the box. They were all shiny and had these cool pictures on them, like monsters and treasure chests from RotMG. I shuffled the cards. Man, it was harder than I thought. The cards kept slipping out of my hands.

Then, I decided to do a simple three – card spread. I laid the first card down. It had this image of a powerful wizard in RotMG. I was like, “Okay, what’s this supposed to mean?” I looked at the little guide that came with the cards. It said something about having magical support in my upcoming adventures in RotMG.
I laid the second card. It showed a big, scary boss. The guide said it was a warning about a tough battle ahead. I was a bit nervous then. I mean, I’ve faced bosses in RotMG before, but they’re always a pain in the butt.
The third card was a picture of a chest full of loot. The guide said I was gonna get some sweet rewards if I managed to get through the tough times. That got me excited. I was thinking about all the cool gear I could get.
After that, I logged into RotMG. I was kinda looking out for that wizard support and the tough boss. And you know what? I did run into a really tough boss, just like the card said. It was a fight, but I managed to beat it. And guess what? I opened a chest right after and got some really good loot. It was like the tarot cards knew what was gonna happen.
Overall, it was a pretty wild experience. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence or if those tarot cards really have some kind of power. But it was fun trying it out, and I’ll probably do it again next time I play RotMG.
