Back in 2018, I was super into astrology, especially when it came to love horoscopes. I started off by grabbing a bunch of astrology magazines that had the Virgo love horoscope for 2018. I sat down on my couch, opened the magazines, and started reading like a detective looking for clues about my love life.
I jotted down all the important points from the horoscopes in a little notebook. It said things like Virgos might have some unexpected romantic encounters in the first half of the year. I was like, “Okay, let’s see what happens!” So, I started going out more, joining some hobby groups. I signed up for a painting class, thinking maybe I’d meet someone special there.
I went to the painting class every week. I was mixing colors, trying to paint something that didn’t look like a mess. And guess what? There was this cute person in the class. We started chatting about our painting techniques and art in general. I was following the horoscope’s advice, being more open and friendly.
As the year went on, the horoscope said there might be some bumps in the relationship road around the middle of the year. And sure enough, me and this person in the painting class had a little argument about a painting style. I was a bit worried, but then I remembered the horoscope also said to communicate openly. So, I sat down with them and we talked it out.
In the second half of the year, the horoscope predicted more stability in love. And it was kind of true. Me and the person from the painting class got closer. We started going on dates outside of the class, like going to art galleries and having coffee together.
Looking back at 2018, it’s interesting how the Virgo love horoscope seemed to have some sort of influence on my actions and my love life. Whether it was just a coincidence or there’s really something to astrology, I’m still not sure. But it was a fun journey following those predictions and seeing where it took me.
