Well, it all started when I got this crazy idea to dig into tarot books. I went to the local bookstore first. You know, just strolled around the shelves, looking for those tarot – related books. I was like a detective searching for clues, scanning every single book cover.
I picked up a few books and started flipping through the pages. Some of them were just full of fancy pictures but with hardly any real – useful content. I tossed those back on the shelf right away. Then I found a book that seemed to have a lot of text, so I sat down on the floor right there in the bookstore and started reading.
As I read, I was taking notes on my phone. I jotted down all the interesting points, like how different tarot cards are interpreted in different cultures. It was like I was on a treasure hunt, and these interpretations were the treasures.
After spending a couple of hours in the bookstore, I decided to buy the book that I liked the most. I walked up to the cashier, paid for it, and then headed home with my new tarot book in hand.
Once I got home, I made myself a cup of coffee and sat down on my couch. I opened the book again and started reading it more carefully. I even practiced interpreting some of the tarot card descriptions in the book. I shuffled an imaginary deck of cards in my mind and tried to figure out what each card would mean based on what I read.
Over the next few days, I kept reading and practicing. I shared some of the things I learned with my friends. They were kind of interested but also thought it was a bit weird. But I didn’t care. I was really into it.
After a week or so, I felt like I had a pretty good understanding of the basics of tarot from that book. I was able to explain the meanings of some common tarot cards to others. It was like I had unlocked a new world of knowledge, and all it took was picking up that tarot book and going through the whole process of reading and practicing.
So, that’s my whole experience with tarot books. It’s been a fun journey, and I’m thinking about getting more tarot books to learn even more!
