Back in 2015, I was really into astrology, especially when it came to career horoscopes. I was at a crossroads in my career, not sure which way to go, so I decided to give the Virgo career horoscope a shot.
I started by getting my hands on a monthly Virgo career horoscope for 2015. I printed it out and stuck it on my desk, so I could look at it every day. The horoscope gave some general tips and advice for each month, like “This month, focus on networking” or “Don’t be afraid to take risks.”
For the first few months, I was a bit skeptical. I mean, how could a horoscope really tell me what to do with my career? But I decided to give it a fair chance and follow the tips anyway. So, in January, when it said to focus on networking, I started going to more industry events. I forced myself to talk to new people, exchange business cards, and follow up with them later. It was really uncomfortable at first, but I kept at it.
As the months went by, I noticed some changes. In March, the horoscope said to be open to new opportunities. And guess what? I got an email from a company I’d never heard of, offering me an interview for a position that sounded really interesting. I was hesitant at first, but I remembered what the horoscope said and decided to go for it. I prepared for the interview like crazy, and to my surprise, I got the job!
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. In July, the horoscope warned about potential conflicts at work. And sure enough, I got into an argument with a colleague over a project. I was really angry at first, but then I remembered the horoscope and tried to calm down. I sat down with my colleague, had a heart – to – heart talk, and we were able to resolve the issue.
By the end of 2015, I looked back on my career and was really impressed. I’d landed a better job, made some great connections, and learned how to handle work – related conflicts. I’m not saying that the horoscope was the only reason for my success, but it definitely gave me some guidance and motivation. It made me more aware of the opportunities around me and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone.
So, if you’re at a career crossroads like I was in 2015, maybe give your horoscope a try. You might be surprised at what it can do for you!
