Back in October 2015, I was in a real pickle with my career in the Virgo season. It felt like a never – ending storm of challenges, but I decided to take matters into my own hands and fight back.
First off, I sat down and made a list of all the problems I was facing at work. There were tight deadlines, difficult clients, and some internal politics that were driving me nuts. I wrote everything down, no matter how small or big it seemed. This helped me to see the whole picture clearly.
Then, I started prioritizing. I picked the most urgent issues and tackled them one by one. For example, one of the biggest challenges was a project with a super – close deadline. I broke it down into smaller tasks and set a schedule for each part. I even put up a whiteboard in my office to keep track of my progress. It was like a battle plan!

When it came to dealing with difficult clients, I tried to understand their needs better. I had a few long chats with them, asking questions and really listening to what they had to say. Sometimes, it was just a matter of miscommunication. Once I knew what they wanted, I came up with solutions that worked for both of us. It wasn’t always easy, but it was worth it.
As for the internal politics, I decided to stay out of the drama. Instead, I focused on building good relationships with my colleagues. I offered to help them with their tasks when I could, and we started to work together more effectively. It was amazing how a little bit of kindness could change the atmosphere in the office.
Throughout this process, I also took care of myself. I made sure to get enough sleep, eat well, and take breaks when I needed them. I even started doing some yoga in the morning to calm my mind and reduce stress. It really helped me to stay focused and positive.
By the end of October 2015, I was able to overcome most of the challenges in my Virgo career. I finished the project on time, improved my relationship with clients, and made the office a better place to work. It was a tough month, but I learned a lot about myself and how to handle difficult situations. And I’m proud to say that I came out stronger on the other side!
