I’ve always been curious about tarot, especially those morning tarot spreads. So, I decided to try it out myself to figure out which one is the best.
First, I did some research. I scoured through various online forums and asked around in some tarot – loving communities. Experts in those places recommended a few types of morning tarot spreads, like the Three – Card Spread, the Celtic Cross Spread, and the Daily Horoscope Spread.
I started with the Three – Card Spread. I shuffled the tarot cards like a pro, making sure they were all mixed up. Then, I laid out three cards in a row. The first card was supposed to represent the past influencing my day, the second was for the present situation, and the third was about the future of that day. I spent a long time looking at those cards, trying to understand their meanings according to the guidebook. It was kind of like trying to solve a little mystery. But I found this spread was too simple. It didn’t give me a really in – depth look at my day.
Next up was the Celtic Cross Spread. This one was a real challenge. I had to shuffle the cards again, and then lay them out in a complex pattern. There were ten cards in total, each with a different position and meaning. I was sweating a bit trying to remember what each position stood for. It took me ages to interpret all the cards. The spread seemed to cover everything from my current state of mind to my long – term goals. However, it was so complicated that I got a bit lost in all the details. I wasn’t sure if I was really getting the right message or just over – thinking it.
Finally, I tried the Daily Horoscope Spread. I shuffled the cards one more time and laid them out according to this spread’s pattern. This spread was designed to give me a general overview of my day in different aspects like work, love, and health. It was easier to understand than the Celtic Cross Spread, and it still provided more information than the Three – Card Spread. I found that the messages from this spread were more relevant to my daily life.
After trying these three spreads for a few weeks, I think the Daily Horoscope Spread is the best for a morning tarot reading. It’s not too simple and not too complex. It gives me just the right amount of information to start my day. Of course, everyone might have different preferences. Some people might like the simplicity of the Three – Card Spread, while others might enjoy the complexity of the Celtic Cross Spread. But for me, the Daily Horoscope Spread hits the sweet spot.
