Well, I was really into horoscopes back in 2016. I started off by getting my hands on a daily horoscope book that covered all the zodiac signs. Every morning, I’d grab that book and flip right to the Virgo section.
I’d sit at my breakfast table, munching on my cereal and reading about what the day had in store for Virgos in love. I’d mark down any important points in a little notebook I kept beside me. Like, if it said something about a potential new love interest, I’d write it down with a big star next to it.
Throughout the day, I’d keep an eye out for anything that might match what the horoscope said. If it mentioned a chance encounter, I’d be extra observant when I went out, whether it was to the grocery store or just for a walk in the park. I’d look around at people, wondering if this was the moment the horoscope was talking about.

I also started chatting with other Virgos I knew. We’d compare notes on what our daily horoscopes said and share our experiences. One of my Virgo friends said that according to his horoscope, he was supposed to have a romantic dinner, and he actually ended up going on a date that night. I was super jealous!
As the year went on, I started to notice some patterns. Sometimes, the horoscope seemed to be right on the money. There was a day when it said I’d have a heart – to – heart with someone special, and that evening, I had a really deep conversation with my crush. But other times, it was way off. It once said I’d meet my soulmate, but I didn’t even see anyone new that day.
By the end of 2016, I’d filled up that little notebook with all my observations. Looking back, it was a fun experiment. It made me more aware of the little things in my love life, even if the horoscope wasn’t always accurate. It was like having a little guide, even if it got lost sometimes.
