How I Tested My Virgo Money Luck This Month
So yesterday morning I’m scrolling through my horoscope apps like I always do with my coffee. Saw this Virgo money forecast for August 2025 talking about Venus shifting positions and affecting cash flow. Thought “hell why not try it?” since rent’s due next week anyway.
First thing I did was grab my notebook – the one with coffee stains from last Thanksgiving – and wrote down the main points:
- Venus entering my finance sector Aug 3-28
- Avoid big purchases before Aug 10
- Old debts might resurface
Tuesday morning I’m at my desk reviewing invoices when my phone rings. It’s that guy who owes me $200 since 2023! Totally forgot about it. Weirdly he says “felt like I should clear debts today” and Zelle’s me right then. That’s when I started taking this Venus thing seriously.
Thursday my dumbass almost bought those $450 noise-canceling headphones. Remembered the “no big purchases before 10th” warning last second. Next day my car’s AC dies – repair cost? $440. Almost puked thinking how I’d be broke if I bought those headphones.
Decided to track every penny after that. Made this dumb spreadsheet:

- Yellow for “almost fucked up” moments
By August 15 I’m noticing patterns. Got three surprise payments from clients who usually pay late. Found $60 cash in winter coat pockets. Even won $20 on a scratch-off at the gas station – and I never play those!
Today I looked at the numbers: made $873 unexpected cash this month so far. Would I totally credit Venus? Nah. But keeping that notebook open on my desk sure made me aware of money opportunities I’d usually miss while doomscrolling.
Weirdest part? My wallet’s actually thicker now than it was July 31st. Might keep tracking till month-end just to see if Venus dips out and takes my luck with it.
