Alright so last week I totally dug up my old project folder and remembered this 2019 Virgo horoscope calendar I threw together way back. Figured why not walk you through the mess? Started cause honestly, Jan 2019 felt slow and I needed something practical to do.
Getting Started Was Annoying
First thing? Just grabbed my coffee and opened like five different astrology sites on my laptop. Seriously, felt like detective work trying to find actual important dates for Virgos each month. Sites kept saying different stuff! Like for January, one said Venus in Capricorn was key starting Jan 7, another said wait for the 8th. Ugh. Ended up just scribbling dates on sticky notes all over my desk.
Had my notebook out and a basic calendar printed. Focused on stuff Virgos might care about: planets changing signs, full moons, maybe those tricky Mercury retrograde periods everyone whines about. Cross-checking was boring but had to do it. Took forever just to lock down January and February.
The Grind Month by Month
March was confusing. A bunch of sites hyped up this Jupiter opposition thing around the 13th, but others barely mentioned it. My cat jumped on my keyboard twice while I was looking. Real professional. April felt easier – that Virgo Full Moon on the 19th popped up everywhere, so that went in bold.
Hit a wall around July. Seriously hot outside, and dealing with Mars causing chaos in Leo for Virgos just made me cranky. Almost scrapped the whole list. Then remembered my Virgo friend who always plans everything – she’d wanna know about Mars messing with her social life mid-month, even if it sucked to research.
- August: Mercury Retrograde drama starting late July bleeding in? Yeah, flagged that instantly.
- September: Virgo New Moon around the 28th? Major reset energy, had to include.
- November: Found conflicting dates for Venus entering Sagittarius around the 1st or 2nd… just picked the 1st. Close enough, right?
Finishing Up Somehow
December was a blur. Holidays plus hunting down dates for Jupiter leaving Scorpio and Saturn/Pluto vibes around the end of the month. My desk looked like a paper bomb went off. Honestly felt like screaming. But finally, stacked all twelve months together late one night after too much caffeine.
Printed the whole list. Looked… actually good? Organized in that over-the-top Virgo way with dates clear for each month. Held onto it, kinda proud even if the process nearly drove me nuts. Found it useful later too, looking back at how things actually played out. Funny how past patterns show up when you track it.
