Well, I’ve always been kinda into all that mystical stuff, you know? So when I heard about the Aleister Crowley Tarot deck, I was like, “Alright, let’s give this a shot!”
I first went out and bought the deck. It wasn’t easy to find, I tell you. I had to go to a few different stores, but finally, I got my hands on it. When I opened the box, I was like, “Whoa, these cards look wild!” The images on them were so different from the regular tarot cards I’d seen before.
Then I sat down at my table and started shuffling the cards. It felt kinda weird at first, like I was doing something I shouldn’t. But I just kept shuffling and shuffling until I felt like it was time to draw a card.

I drew one card and just stared at it. I had no idea what it meant. The image was so strange, with all these symbols and colors. So I dug out the little guidebook that came with the deck. It took me a while to understand what the book was saying, but I started to piece it together.
I decided to do a simple three – card spread. I laid out the first card, which was supposed to represent the past. The guidebook said it was about some hidden things that had influenced me in the past. I thought about it and was like, “Yeah, that kinda makes sense.”
The second card was for the present. It showed this chaotic scene, and the book said it meant I was in a bit of a mess right now. And you know what? I totally was! I had a bunch of work to do and my personal life was a bit of a disaster too.
The third card was for the future. It looked like a light at the end of a tunnel. The guidebook said it meant things were gonna get better. I really hoped that was true!
I did this spread a few more times over the next few days. Each time, I got different cards and different meanings. It was like a little adventure every time I sat down with the deck.
After a couple of weeks, I started to notice that I was actually paying more attention to the symbols in my daily life. Like, I’d see a pattern on a wall that reminded me of a symbol on one of the cards. It was like the tarot was opening my eyes to all these hidden things around me.
Overall, exploring the Aleister Crowley Tarot deck has been a really cool experience. It’s not like I believe it can predict the future for sure, but it’s definitely made me think more about myself and the world around me. It’s like having a little secret friend that shows me different perspectives.
