Well, I’ve always been curious about whether there are ways to change the so – called bad traits of Virgo females. So, I decided to do some hands – on exploration.
First off, I started by hanging out with a few Virgo female friends. I spent a lot of time just chatting with them, trying to understand their way of thinking. I asked them about their daily habits, their decision – making processes, and how they reacted to different situations. I listened to their stories, and I found that they were really detail – oriented. For example, one of my friends would always check every little thing when we were planning a trip, like the hotel reviews, the route, and even the opening hours of the attractions.
Then, I thought about how to help them relax a bit from being overly perfectionist. I suggested we do some random activities, like going on an unplanned road trip. We just got in the car and drove wherever the road took us. At first, they were a bit anxious, constantly worrying about things like where to stay and what to eat. But as the trip went on, they started to enjoy the freedom and the unexpectedness. They stopped being so strict with themselves and just went with the flow.
I also noticed that Virgo females tend to be overly self – critical. So, I made a game out of it. Every time one of them said something negative about themselves, the rest of us would have to come up with three positive things about her. This really helped boost their self – confidence. For instance, one girl said she was bad at cooking, but then we reminded her that she was great at organizing events, had a beautiful singing voice, and was always there to help others.
Another thing I did was to introduce them to some mindfulness practices. We started doing short meditation sessions together every morning. It was hard at the beginning, as their minds were always racing with thoughts. But after a few weeks, they said they felt more calm and less stressed. They were able to let go of some of the unnecessary worries.
After months of this practice, I can say that there are indeed ways to change those so – called bad traits. The Virgo females I know have become more laid – back, more confident, and less self – critical. It’s not that their personalities have completely changed, but they’ve learned to balance their natural tendencies and live a more relaxed life. It just takes time, patience, and a bit of creativity to help them make these changes.
