Well, I’ve always been a bit curious about horoscopes. So, back in 2019, I decided to test out the daily Virgo horoscope to see if it could really predict my luck.
I started by getting a hold of a popular horoscope app. Every morning, I’d wake up, grab my phone, and check what the Virgo horoscope had to say for the day.
On the first day, it said I’d have a good chance of making new friends. I was like, “Okay, let’s see.” So, I went about my day as usual. I went to work, and during lunch, I decided to sit at a different table in the cafeteria. There were a couple of new faces there. I started chatting with them, and before I knew it, we were having a great conversation. By the end of lunch, we exchanged numbers. I was thinking, “Wow, maybe this horoscope thing is onto something.”

The next day, the horoscope predicted I’d have some unexpected financial gain. I didn’t really think much of it. I mean, how often does that just happen? But later that day, I found a 20-dollar bill on the street. It was like, “Whoa, this is crazy!”
Over the next few weeks, I kept checking the horoscope every day. Some days, the predictions seemed to match up with what happened, and some days, they didn’t. Like one day it said I’d have a smooth day at work, but I ended up having a bunch of meetings that went really long and were super boring.
I also started keeping a little notebook to write down the horoscope predictions and what actually happened. After a month or so, I sat down and looked at my notes. I realized that only about half of the predictions had come true.
Now, I’m not saying horoscopes are completely useless. They’re kind of fun to read, and sometimes it’s cool when they seem to be right. But from my experience, I don’t think they can accurately predict your luck all the time. It’s probably just a coincidence most of the time. So, yeah, that’s my little experiment with the 2019 daily Virgo horoscope.
