Hey, guys! I’ve been on a journey to figure out how Virgos can achieve that perfect eat, read, love balance. Let me tell you all about it.
At first, I was like, “How the heck am I gonna do this?” I mean, life’s busy, right? But I decided to give it a shot. I started by making a list of what I wanted to do in each area – eat, read, and love.
Eating: I set out to eat better. I didn’t go all crazy with diets or anything. I just started by going to the grocery store more often and picking up fresh fruits and veggies. I’d cook at home more. I remember one time, I tried making this fancy pasta dish. It was a disaster at first, but after a few tries, it turned out pretty good. I also made sure to have some cheat days. You know, like having a big slice of pizza on a Sunday afternoon. That’s important, too!
Reading: Reading was a bit of a challenge. I used to be so busy that I hardly had time to open a book. So, I started small. I’d read for just 15 minutes before going to bed. I’d pick up a book that I actually wanted to read, not some boring textbook. I found this really cool mystery novel, and I was hooked. Before I knew it, I was reading for an hour or more every night. It was like escaping into another world.
Loving: Now, this one was tricky. Loving includes loving yourself and others. I started by taking some time for myself. I’d take a long bath, put on a face mask, and just relax. It made me feel so much better about myself. And for loving others, I made an effort to call my friends more often. I’d go out for coffee with them, listen to their problems, and share my own. It really strengthened our relationships.
As I kept doing these things, I started to see a change. I felt more balanced. I wasn’t just focusing on one thing and neglecting the others. I was able to enjoy my meals, get lost in a good book, and have meaningful connections with the people around me.
