Well, back in April 2016, I was really eager to boost my career as a Virgo. So, I started by doing some research on what could help. First off, I sat down and made a list of my career goals. I jotted down what I wanted to achieve in the short – term and long – term.
I realized I needed to up my skills. So, I signed up for an online course related to my field. I spent hours every week watching the video lectures, doing the assignments, and interacting with other students in the discussion forums. It was a bit of a grind, but I knew it was worth it.
Networking was another thing I focused on. I attended industry events. I shook hands with a bunch of people, exchanged business cards, and had some really interesting chats. I even joined a professional group on social media. I posted regularly about my work and ideas, and I engaged with others’ posts too. It was like building a little community around my career.

I also worked on my time management. I made a daily schedule and tried my best to stick to it. I set specific times for different tasks, like answering emails, working on projects, and taking breaks. It was hard at first, but after a while, I got the hang of it. I was getting more done in less time.
Another practical tip I followed was to ask for feedback. I talked to my colleagues and boss. I asked them what I was doing well and what I could improve on. Their advice was really helpful. I took their suggestions and made changes to my work style.
After a few weeks of doing all these things, I started to see some changes. I got more recognition at work. I was given more important projects, and my performance reviews were better. By the end of April 2016, I felt like I had really improved my career situation. It wasn’t an overnight success, but all those small steps I took really added up.
