Well, I was into tarot readings for a while, and one day, I got the reversed Empress tarot in a reading. I was like, “What the heck does this mean?” So, I decided to figure it out myself.
First, I grabbed my tarot deck and laid out the cards. I shuffled them real good, like I was mixing a big bowl of cereal. Then I pulled the cards for the reading. There it was, the reversed Empress, staring right at me. I was a bit confused at first, but I was determined to crack the code.
I started by looking at the image on the card. The Empress in reverse just looked a bit off compared to the upright one. The flowers seemed wilted, and she didn’t look as comfy on her throne. I thought, “Okay, this must mean something’s not right in the area this card represents.”
Next, I went to my old tarot book. It’s got all these descriptions, but they’re kind of hard to understand sometimes. I was flipping through the pages, looking for the part about the reversed Empress. I found it and started reading. It said something about imbalance, maybe in relationships or creativity.
I thought about the person I was doing the reading for. They’d been having some problems at home, like they couldn’t get along with their family. I was like, “Hey, maybe this reversed Empress is about that family imbalance.”
Then I started thinking about creativity. The person was an artist, but they’d been feeling stuck lately, like they couldn’t come up with new ideas. I was like, “This card might be saying they need to sort out their creative mojo.”
I also asked some of my tarot – reading buddies. I sent them a pic of the card and told them the situation. They had some different ideas, too. One said it could mean the person was over – nurturing others and not taking care of themselves.
After all this thinking and talking, I put all the pieces together. I told the person that the reversed Empress might mean they needed to find a balance in their family life, take better care of themselves, and try to break out of their creative slump. They seemed to think it made sense.
So, that’s how I interpreted the reversed Empress tarot in a reading. It was a bit of a puzzle, but I think I did a pretty good job figuring it out. And who knows, maybe next time I’ll get even better at it!
