Okay, so I started this whole Virgo 2015 career monthly planning thing back in early 2015. First, I sat down and thought about what Virgos generally like and what kind of work environments suit them. You know, Virgos are known for being detail – oriented and hard – working.
I began by making a list of all the possible career fields that Virgos might excel in. This included stuff like accounting, editing, and project management. I jotted down these ideas on a piece of paper, like literally just scribbling them down in a hurry.
Next, I decided to break the year into months. I got a big calendar and marked it up. For each month, I set some general goals for Virgo career development. For January, I thought it’d be a good start to focus on self – assessment. So I told Virgos to look at their skills and figure out what they were really good at and what they needed to improve.
February was all about networking. I told them to go to industry events, meet new people, and hand out business cards. It was like pushing them out of their comfort zones a bit. I remember thinking, “Come on, Virgos, get out there and shake some hands!”
As the months went by, I kept adjusting the plans. March was for setting short – term career goals, like aiming to finish a small project or learn a new software. April was about building a personal brand, you know, making themselves stand out on social media or in their workplaces.
By the middle of the year, I realized that some of the plans needed tweaking. In July, I told Virgos to take a step back and evaluate their progress so far. It was like a mid – year check – up. They had to see if they were on the right track or if they needed to change their strategies.
August was for skill enhancement. I suggested they take online courses or workshops to boost their abilities. September was about seeking feedback from colleagues and bosses. It was like opening themselves up to criticism, which isn’t always easy for Virgos.
As the end of the year approached, October was for long – term planning. I told them to think about where they wanted to be in the next few years and start making some big – picture plans. November was for wrapping up the current projects and making sure everything was in order.
Finally, December was a time to relax and celebrate their achievements. I told them to take a well – deserved break and look forward to the next year. And you know what? By following these monthly plans, a lot of Virgos I knew saw some real improvements in their careers. They got promotions, landed new jobs, or just felt more confident in their work. It was like watching them grow and develop over the year, and I was pretty proud of that whole experience.
