At the beginning of February 2023, I was really eager to succeed in my Virgo career. I started off by making a plan. I sat down at my desk, grabbed a pen and a piece of paper, and jotted down all the goals I wanted to achieve during that month.
I knew I needed to focus on my skills. So, I began to practice my weak points. For example, I’m not very good at public speaking. I found some online courses and watched a bunch of videos about how to speak in front of people. I even practiced in front of my mirror, pretending there were a lot of people listening to me.
Networking was another thing I did. I went to some industry events. I walked around the venue, shook hands with a lot of people, and exchanged business cards. I talked to them about my work and listened to what they were doing. It was like a big party, but for work!
I also paid attention to my time management. I set up a schedule on my phone. I made sure to allocate enough time for each task. There were times when I wanted to slack off, but I forced myself to stick to the schedule. I told myself, “Come on, you can do it!”
During this process, I faced a lot of challenges. There were some projects that were really tough. I had to work late at night to finish them. But I didn’t give up. I kept pushing myself forward.
As the month went by, I could see the results. I got more opportunities at work. I was able to complete projects more efficiently. By the end of February 2023, I felt like I had really succeeded in my Virgo career. It wasn’t easy, but all the hard work paid off.
