Well, I’ve always been a bit curious about horoscopes. So, in 2021, I decided to test out the daily horoscope for Virgo. I thought it’d be fun to see if it was really reliable.
First thing I did was to start keeping a daily journal. Every morning, I’d check the Virgo daily horoscope on a popular astrology website. They usually had these short paragraphs about what the day might hold in terms of love, career, and health for Virgos.
I’d read it carefully and then write down what it said in my journal. Then, throughout the day, I’d pay close attention to what actually happened. Like, if the horoscope said I’d have a lucky break at work, I’d be on the lookout for any signs of that.

For the love part, if it said I’d meet someone special, I’d notice if I struck up any interesting conversations with new people. And for health, I’d see if I felt any different than usual.
After a week, I sat down and compared what the horoscope predicted with what really happened. To be honest, it was a bit hit – and – miss. Sometimes, it seemed like there was a bit of a match. For example, one day it said I’d have a productive day at work, and I did manage to finish a big project. But other times, it was way off. It said I’d have a romantic encounter, but I didn’t even talk to anyone new that day.
I continued this process for a month. By the end of it, I realized that only about 30% of the predictions seemed to come true. That’s not a very high success rate if you ask me.
I also decided to ask around. I talked to some other Virgos I knew. Some of them said they found the horoscopes to be somewhat accurate, while others said it was all nonsense. Then I did a bit of research and found that many experts believe horoscopes are more for entertainment than anything else. A study showed that the accuracy of horoscopes is no better than random chance.
So, in the end, my experiment showed that the daily horoscope for Virgo in 2021 wasn’t very reliable. It was a fun thing to do, but I don’t think I’ll be relying on it to plan my days anytime soon. Maybe it’s just a bit of harmless fun, but don’t bet your life on it!
