Hey guys! I’ve been struggling with work efficiency in my Virgo – related career for a while. Here’s my whole practice process.
First, I started by analyzing my daily work routine. I took a notebook and wrote down everything I did from the moment I arrived at the office to the time I left. I found that I was spending a lot of time on unimportant tasks, like chatting with colleagues about non – work stuff or getting distracted by random emails.
Then, I decided to make a to – do list every morning. I listed all the tasks I needed to finish that day and ranked them by importance. This way, I could focus on the most crucial tasks first. I used a simple app on my phone to keep track of my list, and it really helped me stay organized.
Next, I tried the Pomodoro Technique. I set a timer for 25 minutes and worked as hard as I could during that time. Then I took a 5 – minute break. After four cycles, I took a longer break. It was tough at first, but gradually I got used to it. I found that I was getting more done in those 25 – minute intervals than I used to in hours of aimless work.
I also made sure to minimize distractions. I turned off notifications on my phone and computer, and I told my colleagues not to disturb me during my focused work periods. This allowed me to really immerse myself in my tasks.
Finally, I evaluated my progress regularly. Every week, I looked back at my to – do lists and checked how many tasks I had completed. If I didn’t meet my goals, I thought about what went wrong and adjusted my methods accordingly.
