At the beginning of 2021, I was super curious about what my career would be like as a Virgo. So, I started by checking out those horoscope websites. I clicked around, read a bunch of different horoscopes, and they all said I was gonna have some good luck in my career that year.
I got all excited and decided to take action. I updated my resume, polished it up real good. Then I started applying for jobs. I filled out forms, sent out emails, and even made some phone calls to potential employers. It was like a full – time job just applying for jobs!
I also joined some professional groups on social media. I started chatting with other people in my field, sharing ideas, and asking for advice. I commented on posts, liked other people’s stuff, and tried to build my network.
After a few weeks of applying, I started getting some interview calls. I prepared for those interviews like crazy. I practiced answering questions in front of the mirror, did some research on the companies, and even bought a new suit for the interviews.
One by one, I went to those interviews. I shook hands, smiled, and tried to show off my skills and experience. Some interviews went great, and I felt really confident. Others, well, not so much. But I didn’t give up.
Finally, after a few months of all this hard work, I landed a new job! It was a better position with more pay and more opportunities. I really felt like that Virgo career horoscope for 2021 had brought me good luck. But I also know that it wasn’t just the horoscope; it was all the hard work I put in, too.
Looking back, I think it’s a mix of believing in a little bit of luck and doing the actual work. The horoscope gave me the motivation to get out there and try, and I’m really glad I did.
