Took maybe three weeks? Suddenly realized a couple things without forcing it:

It ain’t magic. Still gotta do the work. But the fog lifted a bit. Less feeling lost by Wednesday. Biggest takeaway? Consistency trumps perfect execution. Doing it messy is still better than not doing it. The notebook looks like my toddler got hold of it sometimes. Don’t care. Still scribble in it most afternoons. Still just takes 3 minutes. Was it life-changing? Nah. Did it make work slightly less sucky? Surprisingly… yeah. Sticking with my trusty blue pen.
