Okay, so September hits and I’m staring at my messy notes app like “what even IS the plan?”. Felt totally scattered, man. Virgo season or not, my career goals looked like a kid threw up alphabet soup – promotions, skill courses, networking crap, all floating aimlessly. Step one was admitting I needed structure, bad.
Hunting Down Expert Advice (The Simple Stuff)
Went digging online for Virgo career tips – shocker, there’s tons! Focused on the practical stuff experts kept hammering:
- Break Big Dreams Down: They said stop trying to eat the whole elephant. Take the “get promoted” beast? Chop it into tiny, bite-sized chunks – like “finish project X draft” or “get feedback from Sarah by 15th”.
- Time Blocks Are Your Shield: Heard this a thousand times, finally tried it. Blocked off actual chunks in my Google Calendar like sacred zones. Not just “work”, but specific stuff: “2pm-3pm: Learn Excel PivotTables tutorial”.
