So I dug out this old 2015 Virgo horoscope from my astrology folder last Monday. Found it while cleaning my study junk. Figured why not try following its monthly tips religiously like some experiment? Could be funny at least.
Started by reading through the whole thing carefully with coffee. Main warnings for Virgos that month were: don’t start new relationships, avoid risky money moves, and stop overanalyzing everything. They said Mercurys position would make us extra paranoid. Typical Virgo stuff honestly.
The Actual Practice Week
Monday morning at work, Sarah from accounting asked me out for drinks. Normally I’d say yes cause she’s cute. But remembered the “no new relationships” rule. Made up some excuse about back pain. Felt kinda stupid walking away.

Then Wednesday my brother texted about some “guaranteed” crypto investment. Almost sent him $500 before the “no risky money” alarm went off in my head. Told him nah. He got mad. Later found out it was total scam coin. Bullet dodged!
The overthinking part was hardest. Like Thursday I spent 20 minutes deciding which toothpaste to buy. Seriously stood in CVS aisle checking ingredients like a weirdo. Had to physically walk away telling myself “stop being Virgo stereotype”.
Results & Mess Ups
Did pretty good until Friday night. Friend dragged me to party. Met this girl Maya who does graphic design. Totally forgot the rules when she started talking about fonts and kerning (weakness!). Got her number. Next morning remembered – damn it.
Also caught myself stress-checking weather reports thrice Sunday before picnic. Old habits die hard.
Final Thoughts
Surprisingly helpful for money stuff and decision paralysis. Saved me from bad investments and CVS meltdowns. But the relationship ban? Nonsense. Maya and I have our 3rd date tomorrow. Sometimes horoscopes get it wrong 🤷♂️. Won’t follow these blindly next time.
