Getting Started
So last week I dug up my dusty astrology apps wondering about April 2022 luck days for Virgos like me. Felt kinda silly but figured why not track it properly? Grabbed my old journal and laptop ready to test these predictions step by step.
My Tracking Setup
First I bookmarked three different horoscope sites that popped up on Google. Made a simple chart with columns:
- Predicted luck days (April 5-7 & 19 per most sites)
- My actual daily mood 1-10 scale
- Unexpected money events
- Social interactions
Taped it to my fridge where I’d see it drinking morning coffee. Also set phone alarms for 8PM daily – no way I’d remember otherwise.
The Daily Grind
Started April 1st just writing random stuff like:
- April 3: Coffee machine broke -10 points
- April 5 (“lucky day”): Forgot lunch, found $5 in coat pocket
- April 7: Tripped on stairs but boss complimented my report
Kept it raw – even wrote “this feels dumb” on April 9th when nothing happened. Mid-month almost quit tracking but forced myself.
The Big Test Days
When April 19 hit (supposed mega-luck day), I purposely scheduled:
- Job interview at 10am
- Lottery ticket purchase
- First date in months at dinner
Got ghosted after date, interview went okay-not-great, lost $2 on lottery. That night journal entry: “Stars LIED. Pizza for consolation.”
Final Tally
End of month my chart showed:
- 3/8 “luck days” had mildly good things
- Non-luck days had 4 surprises (sister’s pregnancy news!)
- My mood ratings averaged 6.3 on luck days vs 6.7 on normal days
Turns out that $5 found on April 5 was my peak “luck” moment. Deleted all astrology apps next morning while laughing at myself. Maybe real luck is just paying attention everyday?
