Well, I started off this month by checking out the Virgo horoscope monthly in Elle. You know, I was just curious about what was gonna happen. I read through it real quick, like a kid looking for candy in a store.
It said there might be some changes in my work. So, I decided to take a good look at my projects. I sat down at my desk, shuffled through the papers, and started making a list of what needed to be done. I was like a detective trying to solve a mystery, trying to figure out how I could make things better at work.
Then, it mentioned something about relationships. I thought, “Okay, let me reach out to my friends.” I picked up my phone and started sending texts. I asked how they were doing, and we had some really cool chats. It was like opening a box of old memories and having a blast.
As for my finances, the horoscope said to be a bit careful. So, I went through my bank statements. I was like a tight – fisted old man, looking at every single expense. I cut down on some unnecessary stuff, like those fancy coffee shop drinks. Instead, I made coffee at home. It tasted okay, not as good as the shop’s, but it saved me some bucks.
There were also some health tips in there. It said to get more exercise. I put on my old sneakers and went for a jog in the park. It was tough at first, I was huffing and puffing like an old steam engine. But I kept going, and after a few days, I felt a bit better.
By the end of the month, I realized that some of the things in the horoscope actually came true. My work got a bit more organized, I had better chats with my friends, I saved some money, and I was in better shape. It’s like the horoscope was a little guide, even though I’m not sure if it’s all real or just a coincidence. But it was fun following it and seeing what happened.
