Back in July 2017, I was kind of into horoscopes, especially the Virgo monthly horoscope. I remember it was a sunny day when I first decided to check out what the July 2017 Virgo horoscope had to say about my health.
I fired up my browser and searched for the Virgo horoscope for that month. There were tons of websites claiming to have the most accurate predictions. I clicked on a few and started reading. One site said that Virgos might experience some minor digestive issues during the first week of July. Well, I thought, that’s something to keep an eye on.
I decided to take it seriously and started making some changes. I cut down on junk food and started eating more fruits and veggies. I also made sure to drink plenty of water. I started cooking at home more often, which was a bit of a challenge because I’m not the best cook. But I followed some simple recipes and managed to make some decent meals.
As the week went on, I was kind of waiting to see if those digestive problems would show up. And guess what? I did feel a little bloated one day. I remembered the horoscope prediction and thought, “Well, maybe there’s something to this after all.” I took it easy that day, ate some light food, and the bloating went away.
The horoscope also said that Virgos should get more exercise in the second week of July. I was like, “Okay, I can do that.” I dusted off my old running shoes and went for a jog around the neighborhood. It was tough at first, but I kept at it. I also started doing some simple yoga poses at home in the evenings. It made me feel more relaxed and energetic.
By the end of July, I realized that even if the horoscope wasn’t 100% accurate, following those health suggestions had actually made me feel better. I had more energy, my digestion was better, and I was in a better mood. It got me thinking that maybe there’s some truth to these horoscope health predictions, or at least they can be a good reminder to take care of ourselves.
So, that’s my experience with following the Virgo horoscope health predictions in July 2017. Whether you believe in horoscopes or not, it can’t hurt to give some of those suggestions a try and see if they work for you.
