- Initiated a meeting with the team responsible for the delay. Kept it practical, solutions-focused.
Turns out, that meeting was way more urgent. My boss was stressed about that reporting gap. By Wednesday, because I’d taken the time to really understand it and organize it, we unblocked it. Boss was visibly relieved. Actually said “Thanks for digging into this properly.”
