So last month I got super confused ’cause this Virgo guy I was totally into just… vanished. One day we’re texting constantly, next day radio silence. Ghosted me for two whole weeks. No warning, nothing. Classic Virgo move apparently? Wild.
The Panic Phase
First, I did all the dumb stuff:
- Text bombed him – sent like 15 messages asking “R U OK??” “Did I do something??” Pure cringe.
- Stalked his socials – refreshed his IG stories every 5 minutes. Saw nada. Dude posted a sunset pic once, almost threw my phone.
- Asked mutual friends – they just shrugged. “He does that sometimes,” one said. Helpful.
Finding The “Fast” Method
After ugly-crying into my ice cream, I googled “virgo man disappeared.” Found some article claiming you can “get him back fast.” Figured, screw it, nothing left to lose.
The plan was dumb simple:
- Go silent too. Zero contact. Zip.
- Post happy, busy life stuff online (but don’t tag him or make it obvious).
- Disappear for exactly 7 days myself.
Felt fake as hell pretending to have a blast hiking (I hate hiking) and “loving single life” (I was binge-watching Netflix in pajamas). But I stuck to it like glue.
When I Broke Protocol
Day 5 almost broke me. Saw he liked some girl’s bikini pic – rage-drafted a paragraph about how immature ghosting is. Didn’t hit send. Deleted it, took 10 deep breaths. Biggest win so far.
The Shocking Turnaround
Exactly on Day 8 morning? My phone blew up.
- Text: “Hey sorry been insanely busy 😅”
- Call: Missed call at 9AM.
- DM: “Your beach pic looked fun! Where was that?” (It was literally a lake lol).
Felt like magic. Played it super cool though. Waited 4 hours, just replied: “Oh hey! All good – been super busy too! What’s up?”
Met up 2 days later. He apologized first, no prompting! Said work stress + family stuff made him “shut down.” That “fast method” actually worked!
But Here’s The Punchline…
Got him back… for about three weeks. Then he vanished again last Tuesday. Still ghosted as I type this. Virgos, man. Would I do it again? Probably. That week of silence gave me weird clarity. Next time though? I’ll ghost first 😂
