Alright so I finally got around to writing down my notes about Virgo women. I’ve been observing and taking little notes for a while now, just stuff I notice in daily life, conversations with friends, you know, real people.
How I started
It actually began last month. My friend Sarah, who’s a total Virgo, was helping me plan a trip. I mean, she had spreadsheets, color-coded lists, backup plans for the backup plans. I was just amazed. So I opened a new note on my phone and wrote down “Virgo – organized, detail-oriented.”
From there, I just kept my eyes open. I didn’t just rely on Sarah. I started paying closer attention to other Virgo women I know – my cousin, a former coworker, even a few people I follow online. I’d have a conversation and then quickly jot down a thought afterwards.

The process of putting it together
After a few weeks, my notes were a mess. Just random words and phrases everywhere. So I sat down one evening with a big cup of coffee and spread everything out. I started grouping similar ideas together.
- The Planner: This was the biggest group. Stuff like “makes lists for everything,” “never late,” “remembers small details.”
- The Helper: Another big one. Notes like “always offers practical help,” “gives useful advice, not just sympathy.”
- The Perfectionist: This had things like “gets stressed if things are messy,” “can be critical (of self and others).”
I realized I had to be careful not to just list stereotypes. I wanted to show what makes them unique, not just what the astrology books say. So I went back and added little examples from my own life next to each point. Like, for “practical help,” I wrote about how Sarah didn’t just say “sorry you’re sick,” she showed up with soup and medicine.
Wrapping it up
The hardest part was making it sound real. I didn’t want it to read like a boring textbook list. I wanted it to feel like I was just sharing what I’d learned from hanging out with these amazing women. So I re-wrote a lot of it, using simpler words and my own voice.
And that’s pretty much it. It wasn’t some huge project, just something I paid attention to over time. It’s funny how you start noticing patterns once you actually look for them. I feel like I understand my Virgo friends a whole lot better now.
