I’ve always been curious about the characteristics of the Virgo personality type. So, I decided to do some hands – on research.
First, I started by making a list of Virgo friends I had. I’ve got like five or six Virgo peeps in my circle. I began chatting with them, asking all sorts of questions. I asked about their daily habits, like how they organize their rooms. One of my Virgo friends, Mike, he’s super into keeping his desk clean. He told me he spends at least 15 minutes every day just tidying up his stuff, making sure everything’s in its place. It’s like he’s got a built – in OCD for order.
Then, I checked out their work styles. I work with a Virgo colleague, Lisa. She’s always the one who double – checks all the reports. She once found a tiny mistake in a financial report that no one else noticed. It was like she had a magnifying glass for details. And she’s always on time for meetings, always prepared. I remember one time we had an important presentation, and she came in with like ten different versions of the slides, just in case.
I also looked at how they deal with stress. Another Virgo friend, Sarah, when she’s stressed, she starts cleaning. She once told me that when she had a big exam coming up, she cleaned her entire apartment from top to bottom. It’s like she uses cleaning as a way to calm her nerves.
After talking to these Virgo friends, I did some online reading. I know, I know, not the most scientific way, but it gave me more ideas. I found out that a lot of people say Virgos are perfectionists. And from my experience with my friends, it’s true. They’re never satisfied with just ‘good enough’. They always want to make things better.
Finally, I summarized all my findings. Based on my research, Virgos seem to be detail – oriented, organized, reliable, and perfectionists. They’re the kind of people you can count on when you need something done right. And they’ve got this way of handling stress that’s kind of unique. So, that’s my little exploration into the Virgo personality type!
