So, I’ve been having these crazy dreams about being stalked. It’s like a nightmare that keeps coming back. I decided to do something about it, and here’s what I did.
First off, I started by thinking about what might be causing these dreams. I mean, I don’t have any real – life stalkers, right? But then I realized that maybe I’ve been watching too many true – crime shows before bed. That was the first step, just trying to figure out the root cause.
Next, I made a change to my bedtime routine. I stopped watching those crime shows and instead started reading some light – hearted novels. I even put on some soft music to relax me before sleep. I thought, if I can calm my mind down, maybe these stalker dreams will stop.
I also started writing down my dreams as soon as I woke up. This was a bit of a pain in the ass because sometimes I was so sleepy, but I knew it was important. By writing them down, I could see if there were any patterns. Like, was the stalker always the same person or in the same place?
After a few days of this, I noticed that the dreams were starting to change. They weren’t as intense, and the stalker seemed less threatening. I guess all that relaxation and dream – journaling was working.
Another thing I did was talk to my friends about it. I was a bit embarrassed at first, but I knew they’d understand. They gave me some advice, like maybe I should do some meditation during the day to reduce stress. So I tried that too. I sat on my couch for 10 minutes every morning, just breathing and trying to clear my mind.
Over time, the dreams about being stalked became less and less frequent. Now, I hardly ever have them. It was a long process, but by changing my bedtime routine, writing down my dreams, and getting some advice from friends, I managed to get rid of those annoying stalker dreams.
So, if you’re in the same boat as me, give these things a try. It might take a while, but it’s worth it to get a good night’s sleep without those creepy dreams.
