Back in 2014, I was really into astrology, especially the weekly forecasts. I started my exploration by grabbing a popular astrology magazine that had Virgo weekly forecasts.
I sat down at my old rickety table, with a cup of coffee in hand, and flipped through the pages until I found the section for Virgos. I was super excited, like a kid on Christmas morning. I started reading it line by line, jotting down the key points with a pen that kept running out of ink.
The forecast talked about career opportunities. It said there’d be a chance for a Virgo to shine at work. So, I decided to put that to the test. I went to work the next day, and I was all pumped up. I took on extra tasks, asked for more responsibilities. I was like a little worker bee buzzing around the office.
Then, it mentioned something about relationships. It said it was a good week to strengthen bonds with friends and family. I called up my old buddy who I hadn’t talked to in ages. We had a long chat, laughed about old times, and it was really nice. I also made sure to have dinner with my family, and we had a great time together.
For health, the forecast said it was important to stay active. I wasn’t really a gym person, but I decided to go for a jog around the neighborhood. It was tough at first, but I kept going. I even started to enjoy the fresh air and the feeling of my feet hitting the ground.
As the week went on, I kept referring back to those key points in the forecast. And you know what? I felt like things were actually going well. At work, my boss noticed my efforts and gave me a compliment. My relationship with my friend got stronger, and I felt closer to my family. And I was starting to feel better physically from the jogging.
By the end of the week, I was convinced that there was something to these weekly forecasts. Maybe it’s just the power of positive thinking, but it definitely made me more aware of different aspects of my life and motivated me to take action. It was a fun and interesting experiment, and I’ll always remember that week in 2014 when I followed the Virgo weekly forecast.
