Alright folks, buckle up. Needed that Dreams Gaia Tarot deck yesterday after seeing some wild readings online. My brain just wouldn’t let it go, ya know? Total obsession mode activated.
The Hunt Begins (Online Chaos)
First thing, jumped on my laptop. Typed “Dreams Gaia Tarot buy” and boom – search engines exploded. Page after page of shops. Felt like getting smacked in the face with choices.
Scrolled through maybe twenty different sites popping up first. Clicked a bunch. Prices? All over the place! Saw it listed for cheap-cheap on a couple… but those felt sketchy. You know the type, websites look kinda broken. Others were charging way too much. Seriously, like double what I thought was decent.

Checked a few big online bookstores everyone uses. Found it! Okay, in stock… but the price? Nah. Seemed high compared to what I’d heard buddies paid. Kept digging.
Found these smaller online shops dedicated to spiritual stuff, witchy things. Looked promising! But… stock was “Out” most places. Clicking “Notify Me” felt like giving up.
Mall Misadventure (Reality Check)
Figured, screw it, maybe old-school stores have it. Drove down to the big new-agey crystal shop downtown Saturday afternoon. Place was packed.
Pushed past incense burners and bins of tumbled stones. Found the tiny tarot section tucked away. Nice lady pointed me right to the Gaia display box… EMPTY. Gut punch. She sighed, “Yeah, popular deck. Sold out last week. Supplier’s backed up.”
Checked a couple bookstore chains nearby while I was out. Zilch. Nada. Maybe some manga-themed decks, but Gaia? Forget it.
Back to the Web Grind (Score!)
Trudged home slightly grumpy. Poured some coffee. Refocused online.
Started being smarter this time:
- Checked Reviews HARD: Found the deck on a well-reviewed metaphysical site (finally!). Scrolled through pages of customer feedback. Looked legit. People posted actual photos of the cards they received – good sign!
- Comparison Shopping: Even with good reviews, didn’t just click buy. Jotted down their price. Hopped over to one of those huge online everything-marketplaces. Searched specifically for the deck there.
- Seller Vibe Check: Focused on sellers with tons of positive feedback, specifically recent feedback mentioning this exact deck. Avoided anyone with less than like 98% positive ratings.
- Shipping Showdown: Some had “free shipping”, but the deck price itself was jacked up. Others had decent deck prices but wild shipping fees. Did the math both ways. One seller had a good price and reasonable “get it in a week” shipping.
- Discount Code Hail Mary: Almost checked out… remembered the universal trick. Googled “[Seller Name] discount code”. Found a stupid little box at checkout called “Promo Code” or whatever. Took five minutes clicking around code sites – scored a measly 5% off. Hey, better than nothing!
Finally… Gotcha!
Hit “Place Order”. Saw the confirmation screen. Felt that rush! Double-checked the estimated delivery date. Looks like next Wednesday if the mail gods are kind.
Saved screenshots of the order confirmation, the seller’s details, and the tracking link (when it comes). Learned the hard way before!
Seriously, felt like a mission accomplished. Got it for a price I can live with, from a seller who seems okay, shipping should be decent. Still buzzing a little. Now the real waiting game starts!
